If you bought an e-visa then it cannot be extended.

If you are in India, you can check with Malaysian High Commission in Delhi or Consulates in Mumbai / Chennai whether a social visit pass they have issued can be extended.

If you are planning a trip, there is now a MEV 30 days available as an e-visa (can't be extended)

"Starting 14th September 2018, eVISA Malaysia will provide additional option for Indian National to apply MEV 30 days until 31st July 2019. SEV 30 Days will remain available and applicants have the option to choose their visa type MEV/SEV. "
