Greetings,

What are your impressions of Baguio and Dumaguete for expats? Also, are there any good beach towns along the coast of Luzon?

Dear,
You need to study a little bit geography.
Baguio located in Mountains far away from beach.
And Dumaguete located in Bohol island and its far away from Luzon. I am not sure about nice beach in Dumaguete town, but there are sea shore along the city.

Well yes of course. Baguio is about an hour from the west coast.
