Doctor and pharmacist wanting to move to Namibia

I am a GP wit many years experience in rural medicine . I have a special interest in psychiatry. My wife is a very experienced pharmacist.
We want to relocate to Namibia from South Africa - as a permanent move.

Can this be done. Will we be able to find work? How hard is this to achieve?
