Visa expiration

If you have not entered the country, you can not renew it. You have to be actually in the country, as in enter through immigration and get your arrival stumped in your passport to even think of any possibilities of renewing a visa or its payment. If you can't make it, best you can do is wait for it the visa to expire and ask your sponsor to resend you a new one.
