Refurbish apartment

Hi there
Can anyone recommend a good reliable project manager who could manage refurbishment of our apartment? We have a 47m2 apartment in Kotor Old Town which we want to upgrade. So, new bathroom, kitchen, plastering, some electrical work, some outside repair - that sort of thing. I am very interested in interior design and want someone who works to a high standard. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks
