i can't post links (internet url's) on the forum.  why is that?

i tried to send expat.com a message on the "contact us" section of the website, but it doesn't seem to be getting sent.

are there any forum moderators that can help?

thanks

When people are new to expat.com, their links are reviewed by mods before they're allowed to go live.  You happen to have posted a lot on the weekend, when coverage may be light:  you should see them start going live in a few days.
When you've been a contributor for a while, you'll see them go live immediately.

ok.  thanks

Hi, indeed abthree said it right, members who have less than 10 posts are considered as "new members", whenever they post links, these links are blocked until a moderator reviews them, to avoid any "spamming" issue.

Please bear with us, as we don't work on weekend, we reviewed and approved the links this morning.

All the best,
Bhavna
