it's bad enough we have google search strict always on , and now we have youtube safety mode always on.
this is controlled by the ISP and the country , deleting the cach wont work.
i doubt youtube will fix this, since google search has been like this eversince it came out
Solution: create a new country with grown-ups only , so we can have a better cyber life.

get an anonymous proxy and you can browse evrything you like.

have quite a few , like tor , but all of them are slow compared to 20Mbps streaming

i'm not using tor... look for some applications. there are few better than tor project 
or if you have a budget, subscribe with Orbit connection and you can freely browse whatever you want.

Hi, I use a UK based VPN connection (costs about £8/month) and seems to work well with no issues. It's better than an anonymous proxy as it also works with streaming UK TV content such as Sky Player, BBC, Five etc...
There seems to be plenty places that offer these and I tried free proxy anonymisers in the past and found them to be a poor comparison to VPN.
