Possible opportunity in Seattle

Hi all,
We are currently living in South Africa, and an opportunity has come up to move to Seattle.
We are a family of four, my wife and I and two young boys 4 and 7yrs old.
We will have one income if we move over there, so I would like to get an understanding of the weekly/monthly living expenses please, in terms of rental (heard there are good school on the east side, so will try there), utilities (gas, electricity, water, refuse etc), groceries, toiletries, cleaning, cell phones (2), TV, transport (no car), sport, medical aid, gym, clothing and entertainment.
