Hi!
We moved over last year with our five year old daughter. She is desperately looking for playmates! :)

My wife's family is from Callosa, but we are in our 60s and most of her friends children are grown. Are your children pre-school? i would suggest joining the APA for the elementary school assuming Callosa has one, to meet school age parents. The APA is the equivalent of the PTA (Parent Teachers Association) in the US. Certainly if you gp to a meeting you will find parents with kids that are your kids age. You might go to the ayuntamiento fot advice as well.
