Good day,

I'm from South Africa 40yrs old looking for a job in lreland Or UK . I have been working in a restuarant for the past 8yrs as a Manager. I have applied many times but no response. I wouldn't mind to work in a farm, be a nanny or a house keeper.

Please help me. I need to work abroad.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

To work in Ireland, you will need a work permit; I draw your attention to the "IRELAND - WORK PERMITS" post at the top of the forum page.

The UK operates a very similar system, so I suspect that unless you qualify for one of the jobs in the shortage occupation lists for either country, you will struggle to find work in either country.

Hope this helps.
