It may seem like you are now adjusting to time difference or having a jet lag, that is if you recently got in to the kingdom. It takes me almost 2 weeks to adjust to a good sleep pattern when i jump continents. but if you have been here for quiet a long time, say months then it could be a lot of reasons to look at. Reasons that only your counselor could derive.

Nonetheless, always make sure all your light are off when going to bed. I mean a dark room always allows the body to rest better according to some research. Also make sure to eat hours before your bed time and avoiding any caffeine consumption.  Do also engage in a physical activity for 30 mins each day such as jogging. I do jog around my area in the quiet dawn before heading off to start my day. This type of physical activity allows your body to be tired and sleep will come naturally once you lay down.

OK.. i can go on and on but the truth is you might be just adjusting to a lot of change in your self right now or feeling alone trust me been there, it does cause insomnia. So take type and address any new change in your life and embrace it so as to not let your mind wonder when you are about to sleep.

20 minutes of mediation before bed will also go in length in helping you sleep.

I hoped i helped a bit.

Best wishes.

Dear friend
I need to tell some more.
As you adviced i do workout more than 1 hour.then i go to park every nite for walking. I dont use mobile or dont watch tv before bed.i used many herbs. And oils.then did meditation.but i was unable to sleep.
So i advise anybody if they have sleeping disorders they can try above good habits but must see a doctor. Because some people have emotional issues.

Its very hard .very very hard to deal with.it can leads to many diseases like diabetes cholesterol eye problems weight gain and many more.

When we live in an other contry specialy like saudi we get isolated. So sometimes we need counselling .

So thanks again for advices. When i saw your post i feel happy .tks much help people whenever possible .

Best of luck
