I would like to hire an Interpreter that speaks Spanish and English on an hourly basis here In Santo Domingo.

this is not going about daily living. I need someone to help me with Property investment, understanding the laws here and the language. I can hear well but cannot talk well enough. Not official , but official for me...if that makes since.
