Papers that need to be "Exécuteur"ed in Mauritius High Court

pauldarne

Has anybody out there had any experience in getting papers exécuteur in the high court? We have been told by the high court that we need to submit the papers through a Layer and the only ones we have been able to find in the last four months that are willing to do it, now say the charge to hand in the papers is USD3000.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I need a Lawyer apparently to hand in the papers in to the Mauritian High Court where the papers need to be Exécuteur.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
