Salary Allowances

Hi guys..I'm an expat. pleasure to join the community .

By Next month I planned to shift Seychelles(Mahe) for a government job for a managerial position. They promised to pay 2500 USD as  basic salary. but allowances they haven't finalized yet . what are the allowances i'm entitled to ask. ?  what are the allowances they will usually provide for government employee for an expat and roughly how much other than basic?

What about the bonus and gratuity?
