Not returned after vacation. Is it possible to come in visit visa?

Dear all,
My father was working in jeddah for 22 years. He went for his annual vacation last year and couldn't return because of some health issues. I am a nurse working in a MOH hospital and I would like to bring him in visit visa now. Is it possible for a visit visa? Or I have to do any procedure to bring him.
Please help me

That really depends on how your father's employers responded to that situation. He left without final exit so there could be a likelihood that he has been declared as "Huroob" and banned from entering for some time. You will find out when you apply for a visit visa as to what the situation is or if you go to Jawazat and check.

Thank you so much. If the visa is stamped from India and if he has reached here, is there any possibility to send him back from the airport? I'm afraid about this.

Better check with your fathers employers and Jawazat. Sometimes visas get stamped but on entry, problems happen.
