Can we report fake people to USA Govt

Can we report person to US govt, who is in US using fake degree. first he went to US on student visa using fake diploma then he changed the visa to H1B using fake experience? He had only 3 years degree, faked 1 year diploma to do masters in US.

What would be the consequences and whats the procedure.
