Aslamolaikum !

My name is Najeeb im belonged to Pakistan and currently working in Dubai .i'm planing to get married with my Filipino partner next year might i will be there in February on visit visa.kindly suggest me whats should i do ?is is possible to get marry there on visit visa ?can i stay there after marry or no?can i apply for Singapore work permit through Philippine?which documents i should bring to get married there?
