Help please.

Employer ask which currency I prefer for my salary.

USD or KINA.

Any advantage or disadvantage?

*I'm from Philippines and my main concern is the ease of money transfer.

Hi Badjao,

You would want to be paid in USD, the value of the Kina is depreciating which means that your salary will go down if you get paid in Kina. Also USD is easier to transfer than Kina.
