Hi there, I'm Thom and will be moving to Malta from the UK in January. I'm wondering if it'll be busy enough before summer to do street portraits, most likely in Valetta but also other areas. Also I might try to work as a labourer to guarantee some money, so am unsure if I need a site safety certificate as UK countries require. If anyone can give me a clearer picture of what to expect it'd be genuinely helpful.

there are always tourists in Valletta, but also quite a few street portrait people in Valletta.

I can't imagine labourers require a safety cert given the shocking state of H&S here but should be easy to get here if they do
