Saudi Council Document Problems

I have problems with my documents even though all my papers were legit and earned with honor and hard work. Ministry of Health and Saudi Council for Health Specialties confiscated my license and blacklisted me in their system due to forgery. I have been unable to work since July 29, 2018. I tried to clear my name with updated and supporting documents even after failing multiple times. After 3 months of processing, I found out that the verifier sent my verification email to the wrong school branch and not the branch where I graduated. Adding insult to injury the registrar of that school branch carelessly replied to the verification email with "This student is not officially enrolled" without calling other school branches. Her carelessness has caused me to stop work for 6 months now. I am still fighting to clear up my name and waiting for MOH and Saudi Council to reply to my request (which has been up for more than 2 months). When I go to the Saudi Council Office and Ministry of Health office they always respond to wait or to do things online. The last email I have sent was last October 25, 2018. I have not received a reply until now. I call the Saudi Council Call Center every now and then to make a follow-up. It is odd because they reply to my emails or tickets through TAWASUL after 1day or 1 week or 1 month. My last ticket is open and has been open for more than 2 months now. I just hoped my name will be clear now because I am innocent. My employer does not want to send me home too. I hope someone can help me.

Sir, This is my opinion only.
What if you register to dataflow new verification of your school credentials and make sure they will call the right branch.
Put the address and phone number.
Soon it will be solve Godbless

This is the 'band-aid' solution, but yeah it could work. However, this is a very serious and unfortunate event for the Topic Starter.

She was not able to work and get paid for more than 6 months because of one stupid mistake, followed by a dumb reply. She was not able to provide financial aid for her family. Furthermore, her sacrifices went to waste!

My advice to you Miss Flpa25 is to not just clear your name and get back to work. You should also file a complaint to the Dataflow Group and should be compensated for this tragic event.

You should also seek guidance from MOH and Saudi Council thru your employer. If they won't help you, you could ask help from POLO, OWWA, and the POEA.

POEA will help you if everything else fail. Please keep a copy of every document you have. If you could also get a copy of your data flow report and your exchange of emails/communication with all parties involve. Get a copy as well of your Forgery Case from Saudi Council and all the letter or notices they sent you. All the documents which could be use in your defense in court. Take a fight, don't just sit back and accept this terrible fate.

You sacrificed your time, your family, all your hard work, your career, and everything else only to end up mistakenly charged for a crime you did not commit!

I hope that your situation will be solved and receive a proper compensation for all the damage the Dataflow has done to you.
