Dependents still showing in the system

Dear Brother

My family already left on final exit from Saudi Arabia on 13 Dec 2018 and now when my company try to renew my iqamaa they are saying still your dependents are showing on system.I provide my company all proof like final exit visa and final exit stamp on the passports and they say they will check with jawazaat.

I would like to know is this normal or problem in their system.
