15 questions in a single post!
Dear Sweet Priscilla you contradict your own recommendation  "Ask one question at a time: it would be easier for the other members to answer. Of course, you can post other questions later." from code of conduct.
I suggest you divide this to several categories singles, couples, couples with kids and then living in apartment or living in house and so on. When you live in your own residence you have a different budget than when you rent the place you live in and it is also different from a house to a flat.
Then Big cities and minor cities are like night and day, for instance Stockholms 30 days season ticket cost around 100 dollars that you can travel any where and how many times you want in side the district of Stockholm while in a little town like Avesta it is totally free of charge to travel by buss any where in side the Avesta municipal, so zero coast there for travelling. And facts like in university town Umeå  right now is much higher electricity cost than in down town of Malmö because up there in Norrland is much cooler during the winter so you need extra energi to warm up and keep the place warm, and it coast more than one think. You see cost of living is different from place to place and season to season and depends on lot of other facts. If the idea is just to get an idea about cost of living in Sweden in a very superficial way one can easily use a google tool and add some extra thousands to it.

How much does it cost to rent an apartment or a house in Sweden? How about buying an apartment or a house in Sweden?
Buying is always a good investment than renting because prices have been going up constantly since early 90s. A buyer(single or couple) can take a mortgage of approximately 6 times of the annual income and also have to have an own payment of 15% of the price i.e maximum allowed mortgage is 85% of the price. Prices are different from location to location https://www.hemnet.se/
Regarding renting, it is very hard to find a firsthand contract in major cities, in some areas 10 years of waiting list for firsthand contract so secondhand market has gone overboard in those areas, for 70 sq 2 bedroom apartment approx 1700 Euro while firsthand contract in the same area approx 65% of that rate. In rural areas pretty easy to find firsthand contract e.g 70 sq 2 bedroom for approx 600 Euro.

How much do you pay on average for public transportation (bus, subway, train, tram, taxi)?
