Hi Team,

I have been hired by one of the malaysian SDN BHD company and been offered 5500 RM per month. I was looking to the online status for visa and its showing "Reject". My company submitted doc for appeal.

any chance of further approval?

Do I wait for the offer? Please help me out.

If your company be able to justify the reasons in proper way then you will have the visa. The most important things is you need to justify why the company needs you, secoundly they must advertise for this position in online or offline job vacancies and make sure  there isn't any  Malaysian employee can do your works. thirdly , you need to have related job experience in that position.

What reason was given for the rejection?

Dinakaran venganna

Local people can do this job and lack of one year experience.

I having  6.5 years experience instead of 7 years experience . For this I submited  my currently working company offer letter.

Gravitas

I don't think you will get an approval. They are only given if additional information is submitted that supports the application e. g. More qualifications etc. IWorking Days.... But immigration rarely change their mind.

Dinakaran venganna

What are that additional informations?

Gravitas

Anything that could show the reason for the rejection might not be correct. I suggested more qualifications not already submitted or additional working experience nce not already sent to immigration.

Immigration are saying a Malaysian can do the job so that means your skills are not unique and can be found among the local workforce.

7 yrs experience means you have a Certificate as your highest qualification. So with many graduate Malaysians without a job they should be offered the position.

There has to be a competitive process with the job advertised widely and results shown to immigration to hire foreigners.

I have Diploma with 7 years experience and specialist in welding inspection cswip 3.1. This qualifications not enough?

MANXMONKEY

I'm not sure if 5,500 is enough to justify a non-domestic worker position.  I seem to remember it had to be 12,000.  Not sure but a German friend recruits  people from Europe and I seem to  remember that figure.

Ok where u from?

Gravitas

Non domestic workers are not restricted by salary level.
