Renewal of CRNM Card

Post new topic

Hi,

I study in Germany. Last year I spent a semester in Sao Paulo, so I went to register myself in Policia Federal. Some months later I received my CRNM card, all good. Later I decided that I liked it so much that I want to return to Germany, give away my apartment and  come back to finish my studies in Sao Paulo. So before leaving Brazil, I went to Policia Federal again to RENEW my CRNM, because it was soon expiring. A friend of mine will pick the card up for me and send it to me, so I can enter Brazil again.
Question: will it really be enough to show my passport and CRNM card at the airport passport control when I enter Brazil again? Won't they want to see a visa in my passport again?

As it happens, I just did this last Sunday night.  You get into the "Brazilians and Permanent Residents" line at Passport Control, just show them your CRNM and your passport, and you're fine.

Oh, God bless you! Haha, thanks, now I am relieved!
