Dear All,
I don't know how to resolve it. I have resigned from the company in September and reason I provided that due to high cost family levy fees I could not survive so I want to quite.

Company does not increase my salary from past 3.6 years. and know I want go. They reply we are discussing and let me know ... 4 months passed and suddenly they are saying your resignation accepted and I need to pay rest of months remaining which 8 months and total Amount is 83000/- riyals including basic and Housing.

I want to know if my notice period all ready passed and which I given 2 months as notice period as per labor law. Is my resignation is still valid because its almost 5 months old. Also I want to know if they accepted my resignation then why I will pay. If they would have been rejected by saying I have to pay in remaining then other matter.

However I have not signed contract. Now I have to deal with according to Labor Law.

Please let me know your suggestion.

Many Many Thanks and In Advance

I  advise not to get into a legal or contractual dispute. It's better to find a friendly solution. Tell them, "I want to go home. Tell me what I have to do," and just do it. Send your family on Final Exit and get a Saudi to intermediate if possible. For you to make such payments is absurd and shows there are bad intentions and coercion.

Dear metalhead9
    Thanks for reply.
I am trying to resolve issue peaceful manner. I sent my family home. I sold every thing except my car and leaving with my friend on sharing.
How ever matter is closed and finalized, how ever I am scared and want to be prepared for every worst Condition. I dont want to approach any legal conflicts first. But if I have no choice then Labor Court will final choice ... So I need some advise.

Many Many Thanks for your kind reply
