Hi now am here 3 months. Working in company. Before I came here my agency tell welding work. But here am not working welding job. So I need to change company. Here I found Empoyer. He will to apply my new permit... I f I ask current Empoyer my termination. They can give any problems ? Now am training perold. What I need to do for change another company related my welding job?

you have to check what your contract says, some contract comes with penalties for leaving the job.

Yes, it should say in your contract. And if your current employer is ok maybe you can just talk to them and explain that you want to do your welding work. The job market in Malta is full of good jobs so just don't hurry to leave before you find a good one.
