Hello,

Just want to ask:

My vacation 6 February 2019, come back to Riyadh 20 March at 11:55PM, My iqama will expire on 12:00AM, 21 March 2019, only 5 minutes after my arrival.

Is there any issues or problem with that, what will happen?

Thank you.

Dear

First of all, Moqeem System will not allow to issue Exit / Re-Entry visa 7 days prior to expiry of Iqama.
2nd if you got Exit / Re-Entry visa, it works with Arabic Calendar which 1 day advance with Asian Calendar. So, option

Really?

You are posting 2 days before you leave and asking this question.  You do know that you can renew your Iqama 3 months before expiry and avoid all these headaches?

You land at 11:55 and by the time you reach the counter, the Iqama would have expired.  It is entirely up to the immigration officers how they treat it but most would not entertain you.

Remember the legality i.e. if your Iqama expires, you are no longer a resident of the Kingdom.  Secondly, if you don't renew 3 days before expiry, your sponsor has to pay fines.  If you want to avoid all of this hassle, I suggest to change your flight to a week before, come in and renew your Iqama.  Or at the very least, come at least a day before expiry.
