The tourist visa is free for 30 days for me

No entrance, visa or other fees when I entered from the US.

Can I ask where you read that?

There is an exit fee (ECC) when you stay longer than 6 months, payable before leaving.

Cherryann01

No entrance fee but I was charged a departure fee when leaving Cebu and I think it was about 800 pesos

Hi bj, that's a very old link as tourist visas are 30 days and have been for years. I have never paid a passenger service charge in the 7 or 8 years travelling here. I have paid exit taxes on a few occasions and those must be paid in Pesos.

Perhaps these days this "passenger service charge" is in the ticket price? I am sure others can chime in if they know the answer.

Cheers, Steve.

I have flown in and out Clark a few times, stay a few days or a couple of weeks and I have always paid a fee leaving, even when I flew to Boracay.  Going international (again, out of Clark) I paid 600 pesos, going to Boracay I believe it was a 150 pesos.  That been said, I never pay any type of fee flying in or out of Manila.

afparra that is interesting. no fees going in just leaving?

Many thanks for the update.

As mentioned by some one else, the post on the link your provided is old.

All airports charge a  Passenger Service Charge, it is simply built into the price of your airline ticket in most airports this day and age.

You may consider removing this post, for your consideration.

i would remove it if i could figure out how to do so.

Well it's informative, for others who may have some confusion over this.
