I came across this housing development in Johor Bahru while searching online and it looks pretty awesome. It is closer to the inlaws in the South and the proximity to Singapore should be a plus I would think. Anyone familiar with this development? I am seeing some homes reselling in the neighborhood of $2M Ringgit. I would appreciate any and all information. Thanks!
