KSAexpat1

Hi, I am expat and landed in KSA on employment Visa. I didn't formally join the employer, No medical, no process for Iqama. So no Iqama issued.

What jawazat office can do for me?

I need final exit visa. I am asking employer that due to family situation I can't start work due to current family situation. But employer not cooperating. Please let me know can I exit on single entry employment Visa or I need to go for Iqama first? Please help. Thanks

The employer has 90 days to get you an Iqama.  If he doesn't, then you can leave and it is at that time that you approach Jawazat.

Practically speaking, if your passport is with you then you can leave now as you are STILL on the single entry employment visa - it hasn't been converted yet to Iqama (medical / insurance) so exit re-entry doesn't apply.  But by leaving, the employment visa finishes and has to be applied for again.
