Dear members,

Im going to one yr this coming march my visa also for one yr,  and i have plan to transfer for the new employer, i send my resignation in the post office, also get mobility in lmra, but my employer dont want me to transfer, she said i have a 2 yrs contract that i sign, if im not withdraw my resignation she will make a case on me, and i need to pay for her for the damage in her business, like not finishing my 2 yrs contract, its there possible that she can make a case againts me ?

No she can't.  The maximum she can do is try to prove damage if you are going to a direct competitor of hers.

It's good you got mobility.  Now go to Ministry of Labour and file a case against your employer for threatening you in this manner.  This will help too.
