Can anyone tell me if mosquitos are a serious problem in all of Colombo? I have heard lots of dengue scare stories. What about the backwaters near HAvelock city? Is it a threat? I have heard they have recently cleaned it up
I presently have a small room in Colombo 05 - no problem with mosquitoes.
No Problems with mosquitos and use a mosquito net (not very expensive)Cheers

Yes you should not be scared of mosquitoes issue that much . You can either use a mosquitoes net or a mosquitoes coil .
