Hi,
Currently am holding s pass with 3000 sgd.i got offer in new company with salary 6000 sgd.company is planning to apply epass with dependent for me. Will MOM allow to accept this change of spass to epass?

You can read the old threads, we had mentioned many times that MoM needs following rationale from employer:

1. To provide supportings that they tried locally but didn’t find suitable candidates to match your skill sets.
2. What’s the reason of salary increased 100%, was earlier job was below paid or current salary offered above market range etc.
3. Job bank posting was done before hiring a foreigner.
