I had brought my wife on permanent visa in KSA  and was trying to get her iqama for that i visited my office they said first you need to make and link her insurance online then fill one form with one pic of your wife, take your medical report as well which you will do for new iqama from any clinic then you can visit jawazat with your iqama copy, wifes original passport and photo copy of first and visa and border entry page and your passport copy but before that you should pay dependent \ levy fee so i was checking total dependent/ levy fee which i had to pay but i was not getting the right option in my alinma bank app to check and pay but this is how i found that option go to Moi service - then expat services - then associate dependent with household fee -  then in first box enter your iqama ID and in second box enter your wife's or child's border number not iqama number as there is just mentioned ID not border ID so when you will enter border number your fee will come up and then you would be able to pay. Thanks.

All above services should be done by your HR not you if they ain't issuing an iqama for spouse then, i'd suggest if you can request to the specific agents who can help you issuing spouse iqama, charges for their services are approx. 500 or 1000 SR.

Bro thanks for your feedback i have just shared my experience as i was having issue to know the levy fee of my family so i just  wrote the steps that how did i find that option. I have got my spouse iqama as well and i had done all steps by myself in getting the iqama without any agent support. Company helps in  iqama renewing but your first iqama can only be received by owner of the family means just by you from jawazat office.

Dear @ubaidbintahir, I have the same issue of my bank not showing correct dependent fees, I tried to find it on MOI, couldn't figure it out. Can you please share where I can find the right dependent fees?

ubaidbintahir

Moi- make a payment-expatriates services-associate fees for a specific associate- your iqama id in first box then his border entry in second box you will find.

and the fee which will come there that would be the right fee which you have to pay as this is linked with jawazat server.

Hi Ubaid, Please let me know how much dependent fee if my family will arrived in July, 2019

ubaidbintahir

Bro i am not solution provider i had just shared my experience here anyways usually fee of starting 3 months is waived off. They dont include in total levy fee of any dependant till owner iqama expiry.

Bro, i know you are not the solution provider but I need your help to know about the dependent fee because some person told me that u will pay 400 SAR/month for each dependent and some people told me that you have to pay 100 SAR/month for each dependent and it will be increase 100 SAR yearly till 400 SAR accordingly.
Your family is recent arrived thats why I am asking this question from you. Thanks

ubaidbintahir

Below are the Levy fee catogories you can calculate according to your falling category:

1-july-2017 to 30-june-2018 = 100 SARs / month for each dependant

1-july-2018 to 30-june-2019 = 200 SARs / month for each dependant

1-july-2019 to 30-june-2020 = 300 SARs / month for each dependant

1-july-2020 to onwards = 400 SARs / month fixed for each dependant

Now find your iqama expiry and  your planned date of your  family arrival.

From family arrival date till iqama expiry find total number of months and days.

Cost for number of months you can find from above categories = No. Of months in iqama expiry x fee from your category as mentioned above

Cost for per day  = monthly fee from your category ÷ 30 (or 31 depending in which month your iqama is getting expired see the days of that month either 30 or 31)

Total fee = cost of month  + cost of days

Note:: in this way you can find your family cost . Keep this cost in your mind to pay but sometimes jawazat system  shows your fees by excluding cost of starting 3 months anyways this is real calculation but exclusion of 3 months fee is an exception. Just keep in your mind total fee. Once your family will be here then you can find your actual fee through your bank app as explained in my old posts.
