Request for Help - Marriage (Indian - NZ resident & Filipino girl)

Hi Expat's,

Indian citizen & NZ resident live and work in Auckland and my girl friend lives in boac , have visited her parents and have their blessings now , however struggling to move forward to marriage as i am not clear on document requirements , where to obtain it . As i live in NZ , where can i get the documents from.

Any information will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Why isn't she helping you? Do you plan to marry in the Philippines? If so she needs to have a CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marrriage), readily available from the NSO in most major cities in Philippines. She should know that and have no problem getting it. You would also need to obtain a document from your home country that proves you are free to marry.
