Hi,

We recently moved to KL and looking for school for our 3.5 year old Kid.

I am planning an assessment for him in ELC International School Sungai Buloh branch. Does anyone put their kid through assessment recently.

What were the things they focused on during assessment?

In Early Years, they will likely do an in-class observation to check that your child is able to mix well with peers and behave in an age-appropriate way - ie, that they are ready for school and the school can meet their needs. The teacher should speak with your child and assess their current level of phonics knowledge (if any) and any maths knowledge (eg basic counting).  There shouldn't be 'tests' as such.
