From 1 Feb 2019, foreign-born children aged 12 years and below will need to verify their vaccination for diphtheria and measles with the Health Promotion Board (HPB), before their DP or LTVP can be applied. An account will be required to be created at the below link in order to complete this process:
https://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg/fcine/

A non-refundable charge of S$35 will be charged for this service. And the outcome for this application can be expected within 10-15 days.

Just wanted to share these info as i have applied the same application for my 1.2 years old daughter and currently waiting for the outcome.

A bold but necessary step, as the number of anti-vaccinationers grows in some less enlightened societies. But unforunately it makes DP applications slower and costlier.

Hi I'm also waiting for response from HPB for my baby submission  since 26 of March. Have you got any response, did you have any problems with documentation ? Good luck with your pass!
