Post new topic

Ajin Govind

Sir,
I am Ajin working as accountant in private company in muscat for the last six years .  I have no agreement with my company regarding final settlement at the time of termination. So can I have the right to get gratuity from my employer at the time of resignation or visa cancellation?

Sumitran

Hi Ajin Govind,

As per the Oman Labour Laws, any legally registered expatriate employee is entitled to their end-of-service gratuity.

But since the terms of your employment seem to be ambiguous, I am not sure what is in store for you.
