Moving to Santander

Hello,
I am new to this forum. My husband and I plan to move to Santander this summer. One of my sons and his wife may also move with us. He would like to open a business of dog boarding kennels and a dog training academy. I would like to know if anyone thinks this would be a viable business in Santander. Thank you. I look forward to your opinions.
