Hi,
I red few threads about resignations and maybe anyone can clear my doubts.
I joined company 4 month ago in Bahrain, all in all it was more or less fine dining my probation (3month),but after I finished probation period management changed their attitude a lot and now I am thinking to resign from my current company.
It's 4 month only I joined the company, they brought me from abroad. How much I should pay for them in case I resign?
I did not get any employment contract(I asked many times to get the contract, but they refused to make it for me), all my colleagues work only with job offers. In job offer its stated 'if I resign I need to pay for all company's expenses'.
I know that the best way to resign is to send a resignation letter through post office and get the pink slip, but what about payments?
Thanks for anyone reply.
