Job change after contract is completed

Hi,

My contract is going to complete but I have reject consultancy offer for contact extension because i do have better opportunity.Is there is any chance of consultancy can create any hurdles for new employment pass? interns of release letter and NOC etc.

Note :My contract time period is completed but visa is valid for one more year

Yes the No Objection Letter will be required because still one year of Employment Pass remains. Current employer must agree to your release and shorten the EP. Check the wording of your very first contract with the company for terms and conditions.
