Hi i am from India, Now its 1 year 5 months i am working in a company and i got good offer from other company and i wish to join new company, but as per my offer letter it is mention that i should inform the company 6 months before if i wish to end the contract also they have mentioned some charges for my flight tickets, visa & training if i wish to end the contract before 2 years, i am not happy working with current company as they have not given my commission (incentive) from the date i join and they give me any kind of work which was not mentioned in my contract, please guide me what should i do ?
