We have a buyer that would like to buy property for his mom and dad,they really need a new house with ground floor bedroom with c.r so no need to walk up mezzanine.

Property should be near Acropolis

pref. min. LA 700 sq.m, FA 400 sq.m, 4 to 6 car garage, no ondoy, no earthquake fault line, class a subdivision

The house is Up and down, 3 rooms upstairs and 1 room down stairs
2 CR at ground flr and 1 upstairs.
No. 2 Lazaro St. GSIS Village, Bgy Bahay Toro Q.C.
Nice quite neighborhood,
Lot: 297 sq.m. corner lot
House Area: estimated at 175 sq m
Old house, but have good potential for improvement
Selling Price: P 5,500,000 plus all taxes/capital gain needed to transfer title.
