Don't take it personal. 
The message I saw just now (I never had an account on that site) tells me that the Hosting company, "Aridel.net" AKA "Aridel.com" has suspended the account for "Belizeforum.com".
I looked up the DNS for Belizeforum.com, it came back to Aridel.net, which indicates that is the Hosting company. Most likely reason is Belizeforum has not paid their bill to the hosting company.
