What time is best to go to Evans Building for visa renewal?

It would be good if you go there early morning,,,
7:30 AM around. Will be better.

Last time I went at 6am (Well 5.50am to be precise) and was dismayed to see three people ahead of me. Still, I got token #3 which was not bad. They start to distribute the tokens at 7.30am and the turns start at 8am.

Btw, last year my ID card was renewed for three years up to 2021. This was my fourth renewal.
