Hello everybody, i like transfer myself to thailand in the phuket place. I want buy a small land and build by my own my future house.
Im a italian chef / pizza chef and also looking for job to start. Can anybody help me?

Foreigners are not allowed to own land in Thailand by law. If interested in buying, a foreign investor has two options: either a 30-year leasehold or purchasing the property through a limited company. Apartments can be purchased by foreigners as long as at least 51% of the building is owned by Thais.

Why you like there..that expensive area..I would suggest you looking area have many western peoples live cause I see they like to eat pizza and Italian food too.North east good.. not too expensive but economy good.Try go find information at  Udontalk.Hope you get luck and be careful..buy land that big decision.
