2.    Developing accurate market intelligence & maintaining key client contacts.

5.    To build & manage the professional relationship with the client & customer.
6.    Preparation of strategic marketing/business plan in line with organizational objectives.
7.    Preparing & submitting Pre-Bid documents PQ/ITT/EOI to the client.
8.    Looking after vendor registration with various prestigious clients & government entities to establish a systematic business relation.
9.    Acquiring new leads & business inquiry through various sources like newspaper, the internet, business portal, company’s website & direct meeting or visit client, through email and phone calls.
10.    Carrying out competitor analysis & monitoring their activities.
11.    Instrumental in handling sales & marketing operations, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing changes.
12.    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
13.    Giving presentations to prospective clients.
14.    Attending various events like conferences, seminars, exhibitions, receptions and industry events for gathering ultimate market coverage.
