Getting Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) mailed overseas

Hello,

I am in India currently and need to get the PCC mailed here by the police. (I am not a Kenyan citizen.)

The instructions require me to mail them documents along with a self addressed envelope with paid postage. Since courier services like FedEx and DHL don't provide prepaid shipping labels, what options do I have since I'm abroad?

Also, any tips on the process from anyone who has gotten this done while overseas will be much appreciated.

Personally, I would never send my documents in the mail, or be placed in a situation where they would be mailed, you may well never see them again.

Is it the Certificate of Good Conduct that you are referring to? I have only ever applied face to face for this and to be honest, would not recommend doing it any other way.
