A person (who have work permit) can create a page and post the product which he wannt sale online without CR... is this the legal or illegal ?

Does the CR required for online small business (on social media)?

please advice if somebody have experience in this regards..

Legally speaking, you cannot advertise or sell products "as a business" if you have not been licensed to do so i.e. through the CR process. You can advertise and sell personal items.

Is this the law of Barhain or Saudia...??

you means to say that we only can sell our personal effect which is under our use (like home appliances and electonic which is using by self)... else as a business it's consider illegal ?? right
