Exit from saudi

Greetings all
I have big problem in my home about my family and I want back to my country as a soon. But my employer don't want to me go emergency vacation even exit. So can I go without exit visa if my passport with me can I check in airport. If I never want to back again Saudi Arabia?

You will not be able to exit Saudi without an exit re-entry visa or a final exit visa. Your sponsor has to issue that for you.

The only way for you to leave is to resign and ask them to give you a final exit. If they don't agree, go to the labor court and engage your embassy for help. This is not a quick process.
